The job involved proper prep-work to protect furniture and flooring and clean up after the job was done.
APARTMENT RENOVATION
Before being placed on the market, this apartment required a full scale renovation from removing popcorn
ceilings, skim-coating and painting walls, to closet finish and installation, removal of old doors and doorframe
installation, finally removal of old flooring and installation of the engineered wood flooring and baseboard.
BATHROOM REMODELING
This bathroom needed a new look clean and classic look. The remodeling job included removing old tiles from both
walls and floor, clearing wall imperfections, new tiling around bathtub and on the floor, new vanity, toilet and fixtures
installation, and finally paint job.

Project involved prep-work such as moving and covering furniture, since the house was occupied by the owner,
